My Voice is a community platform where individuals can express ideas, share knowledge, publish articles, tell stories, discuss issues, and contribute to society through meaningful content.

The objective is to encourage:

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By posting content, users grant SoilnWater a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display
• Publish
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Promote
• Archive

the content for operation and promotion of the Platform.

All content must be:

• Lawful
• Respectful
• Accurate to the best of the author's knowledge
• Relevant to the selected category
• Original or properly attributed
• Free from malicious intent

Users are solely responsible for their content.

Local Voices

Content related to community concerns, local culture, local achievements, social initiatives, and citizen opinions must focus on constructive discussion and public interest.

My Area

Content related to local events, area development, public facilities, civic issues, infrastructure concerns, and local opportunities. False complaints or defamatory statements are prohibited.

Articles

Educational, informative, analytical, or opinion-based content. Authors should clearly distinguish facts from personal opinions.

Stories

Original fictional or non-fictional stories. Stories must not promote violence, hatred, or illegal activities.

Poetry

Original poems and literary works. Copyrighted material belonging to others may not be posted without permission.

News

Users may post local news, community news, industry updates, and public-interest information. News content must be factually accurate and sourced where possible. Deliberate misinformation is prohibited.

Awareness

Posts relating to public awareness, safety, environment, consumer rights, social welfare, and education should be factual and responsible.

Student Corner

Content suitable for students including educational articles, career guidance, exam preparation, skill development, and student achievements. Content harmful to minors is prohibited.

Women's World

Content relating to women's achievements, empowerment, health, education, entrepreneurship, and social issues. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive remarks are prohibited.

Senior Citizens Forum

Content relevant to senior citizens including health, lifestyle, retirement, community engagement, and experiences. Content must remain respectful and constructive.

Business & Entrepreneurship

Content relating to business ideas, startups, entrepreneurship, professional experiences, and market insights. Direct advertisements should be posted through business listing sections where applicable.

Agriculture

Content relating to farming, crops, irrigation, agricultural technologies, and rural development. Users should avoid unverified agricultural recommendations.

Health & Wellness

Health-related content should be educational only. Users must not claim medical expertise without qualifications, offer medical diagnosis online, promote dangerous treatments, or encourage self-medication.

Religion & Spirituality

Content should promote understanding, learning, spiritual growth, and cultural awareness. Users shall not insult religious beliefs, promote religious hatred, or encourage discrimination or violence.

Astro Consultancy

Users may share astrology-related information, educational content, spiritual guidance, and traditional knowledge. All astrological content must be presented as opinion, belief, or traditional practice and must not guarantee financial, marriage, medical, legal, or business outcomes.

Knowledge & Reports

Content may include research reports, educational studies, technical papers, and industry analyses. Sources should be cited wherever possible.

Discussions

Users may participate in discussions, debates, and exchanges of ideas. Personal attacks, harassment, and abusive behavior are prohibited.

Competitions

Users may participate in competitions organized by SoilnWater or approved organizers. Competition-specific rules shall apply in addition to this Policy.

Creative Corner

Content may include art, photography, drawings, design work, creative writing, and handicrafts. Users must own or have permission to use all submitted content.

Users shall not post content that:

• Violates any law
• Is defamatory
• Is fraudulent
• Is misleading
• Promotes violence
• Promotes terrorism
• Promotes hate speech
• Encourages illegal activities
• Contains pornography
• Contains obscene material
• Harasses individuals or groups
• Violates privacy rights
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes scams or deceptive schemes

Users shall not knowingly publish false news, fabricated claims, fake reports, manipulated images, or misleading information.

SoilnWater may remove content suspected of spreading misinformation.

Users may only upload content that they created or that they have permission to use.

Copyright infringement may result in content removal and account suspension.

Limited self-promotion may be permitted where relevant. However, users shall not flood discussions with advertisements, repeatedly promote businesses, or post spam content.

Commercial promotions should preferably use designated business listing sections.

SoilnWater reserves the right to review content, edit content formatting, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, and terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary.

Users may report content that violates this Policy.

Reported content may be reviewed and action taken at SoilnWater's discretion.

Opinions expressed by users belong solely to the respective authors.

SoilnWater does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user content, opinions expressed, advice provided, or claims made by contributors.

Violation of this Policy may result in warning notices, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to authorities where required.

SoilnWater reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
